We prepare all meals, and the breakfast buffet, with fresh, home-made products. In our olive grove we grow an all-season vegetable garden. Olive oil, raki and wine are produced in the house, while we keep farm animals for meat, milk and eggs.
Our cuisine is certified from the Greek Academy of Taste. Every culinary treat we offer is made by fresh materials and is always cooked with olive oil.

Different types of bread
A variety of fresh dishes: lamb in the stove, rooster in wine sauce, chicken with sage, rabbit stifado (rabbit with onions and spices), lamb stamnagathi (lamb with a wild mountain herb), pork with leek, chicken with olives and more.
We prepare a wide variety of sweet preserves on the basis of rose, olives, sage, bergamot, orange, lemon, grapes, fig, quince, carrot, watermelon and many more, depending on the season.
The milk we use is of our own production. We also make tirozouli cheese (a traditional local cheese), mild white milk, feta cheese και mizithra cheese).
Many traditional types of pies with local cheese, herbs, honey and walnuts.
Oil / Raki / Wine
In our region there is wide variety of herbs like sage, malotira (mountainous tea), dictamus, chamomile, which we collect from the mountain slopes and store in our supplies to have all year round.
Cretan Diet restaurant, certified by the Greek Academy of Taste. The secret to a Cretan diet is the large variety of pure, local products, especially olive oil, which is used in almost all our dishes.
